CHANGES MADE: The Planning Commission will recommend to the Board of Supervisors to remove Neighborhood 1 (Lee Lake North) from the project and to change the zoning on Neighborhood 2 (Lee Lake South) to a Mixed Use Area (MUA), allowing for commercial retail and services with only 30 percent of the neighborhood slated for apartments.
Very bad idea for this area
This is not a good idea, low income housing in TV.
Apparently these ignorant people do not DRIVE THE I-15 freeway! My gosh, it’s a PARKING LOT. STOP OVER BUILDING THIS AREA THAT HAS ALREADY MADE IT INTOLERABLE for people to drive any where. We NOW have PLENTY of (so called low housing) being built and built to accommodate the immigrants filtering in and being planted throughout California. JUST TRY DRIVING OUR FRWYS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA! Think carefully , PLEASE, of the WATER issue in this area as well. It’s all about MONEY THAT THE BUILDERS HAVE SWOOPED INTO THIS AREA, AND IT WILL NEVER STOP IF WE DONT STOP THEM NOW!!
